Inspection Pro Services extended Icomco which was founded in 1984 as a Security and Communications Contractor. Over time our experience has progressed through all aspects of building construction to now just building inspections-property condition asessments. Our inspection experience includes mobile homes, estate homes, multi-family, strip malls, industrial and more. 40+ years experience in security, building and inspecting has given us a unique perspective of the various subsections of residential and commercial buildings. A comprehensive computer based report provides a thorough, easy to understand condition of the property you are considering with detail and pictures, and is emailed to you the same day.
